Philosophy

Come as you are, no questions asked.

Yoga practice is personal. You get to decide if this is for you.

Established in 2023 by Masha Gorordilova, we invite you to retreat with us. Traditional movement includes strong, gentle, and yin, as well as breath work and meditation.

On the mat we can test our skills and stretch to our edge. On the mat we are faced with a mirror: our educator in discipline and rhythm. We rehearse for growing stronger and more resilient. We train for the battle that takes place internally, in the form of fear and resistance.

When we retreat within, we create space, and we are brought back to presence.

Our bodies become a living ceremony.

Class Styles

Whether you want to practice strong one day or take it gentle and just be, we have a class for every body. You get to choose your journey.

  • Strong

Our strong flow speaks for itself. Warming the body, challenging the mind, and empowering inner-outer strength.

A dynamic, fast-paced class that combines fundamental movements, intelligent sequences,

progression in postures, and breath work. You are stronger than you know.

Strong is practiced in a heated room.

Music: A creative combination of songs. Slow at the start, upbeat in the middle, and slow at the end.

  • Gentle

A gentle flow that allows the body to slow down through mindful movements.

Kind in nature, this class nurtures muscles and awakens the body with longer holds. The mind becomes more self-aware, while slower breaths are weaved into the progressive

practice, heightening a deeper sense of presence. Be kind to your body. Slow down.

Gentle Yoga is practiced in a warm room.

Music: A slower pace of songs, with fewer lyrics.

  • Yin

Our yin yoga prioritises deep rest and stillness.

Yin is designed to be an introspective journey, restoring the body through slower, longer, and grounded postures, incorporating down-regulative breaths and meditations to calm the nervous system. In the here & now, we invite you to rest.

We use bolsters, blocks, and blankets promoting support and comfort in this class.

Yin is practiced at a comfortable room temperature.

Music: Soothing, ambient tunes. More instrumental, less lyrical.

Teachers

Each teacher at WITH/N brings to our schedule a sense of personality and play while honouring the traditional linages of eastern yoga.
