WHY 108?
The completion of 108 sun salutations is a way to move into meditation, build strength, endurance, nurture inner peace and resilience.
The “task” of completing 108 sun salutations will bring a sense of togetherness and connection to community. In yogic philosophy, 108 is a sacred number that represents the journey towards self-discovery. 1 - the self / 0 - nothingness / 8 - infinity.
HOW IT WORKS:
Sign up to 108 TO ELEVATE and practice the whole month of Feb to complete 108 sun salutations
Most classes guide you through at least 4 sun salutations. Every single one counts towards the 108
Task completed or not, you can then decide if you’d like to complete all 108 sun salutes in one magical event on Friday, 1st of March 12pm - 2pm
Witness the profound change with/n when completing 108 sun salutations and go into a draw to win a prize
Investment $250 / Free for members
10% of all proceeds go towards Yogahood, a non-profit organisation bringing the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga to communities in need.

An Evening in Community
Let’s spend an evening in community and share the sacred tradition of 108 sun salutations in a 2-hour transformative event.
This empowering practice of Surya Namaskar, a moving mediation led by Masha, will be accompanied by the powerful Gayatri mantra sung by Heidi Trigar.

Teachers Gathering
You are invited to our teachers gathering at WITHIN. We believe in genuine connection and support for teachers.
We welcome you to join us for a 2 hour advanced practice where each teacher shares their experience and knowledge with the yoga community. If you are a yoga teacher and would love to stay inspired, connected and challenged this gathering is for you.

Price: Free for teachers
We encourage a donation of $10 - $15 to support the teacher holding space.
